Timmy Heenan of Ringroe, Borrisokane will celebrate 40 years of loyal service to Nenagh Coursing Club next year. However he is unlikely to ever forget the 2013 meeting which took place last weekend.
One of the club’s hardest working members, he would very happily have settled for two great days of sport and top class hares making the safety of the escape. And indeed such was the case. However in the middle of all that his name was drawn out to appear on Winning Streak, the RTE National Lottery Show, next Saturday night.
All his coursing friends and in particular his fellow members at Nenagh CC wish Timmy the very best of luck and hope he gets to Spin The Wheel.
