judge Paul Horan
The only complain could be about the fog..........but strangely this never seems to cause a problem to the dogs. Not one unsighted course..........and the same could be said about the foggy day at Urlingford.. It can only be that coursing in the fog takes away other distractions from a dogs vision and they only see the hare in front. With this in mind..........im sorry for the quality of the photos.......but after the last month its great to get out coursing again

BORRISOLEIGH....at last!
The Field before the freeze
At long last Borrisoleigh was able to run their St Stevens day meeting.........and I must say it was well worth waiting for. The ground was in excelent condition and the hares were in fantastic form. It must be said that the team have worked their socks off keeping these hares on the boil for so long, and to have them come out and run the dogs ragged after so long shows how well fed they have been during the month long freeze.....a special mention goes out to the Hare husbandry team of Micheal Ryan, Micheal Collins and John McGrath....Thankyou.
Fidelma Ryan and Doreen Burke made sure everyone had a warm welcome in the catering tent
