It was good to see new faces Slipping today......Richie Quinn is sidelined with a bad back and this gave him the chance to oversee young slippers throughout the day. Always on hand to help out.
Owen did a excellent job slipping the main stakes and Richies son, Richard Quinn stepped in to slip for the first time in the Working Members. well done lads!
One good idea was a screen brought across everytime the slipper decided not to slip, on a sub standard hare.
Its not unusual to see dogs run offcourse after watching a bad hare go up before them.....full marks.......... be good to see this brought in everywhere.
