DROOPYS VISIT

I paid a short visit to the Droopys Stud last week............its always good to see my old fav......Mafi Magic.........This dog is a huge character both on the Field and in the Kennel.  I was really please to see he has mated some high quality bitches and plenty of them and look forward to watching these pups next season

COURSING BRED STAKES

Tommorow evening sees the ADIOS  ALONSO At STUD STAKE semi Finals at Thurles.

Alonso has made a great start at stud covering a Quality book of bitches and looks set to have a bright future

The Final is to be run on the 28th May.....Adios Alonso will be on parade as well as a novelty race out of Slips..........This is a match between two coursing dogs from local clubs


Running for  Thurles Coursing Club will be Headford Gang owned and trained by Thurles Chairman Maurice Leahy.



 Inch Harmony will be running for Templethouy CC owned by John Egan who is Chairman of Templetuohy CC

Local licensed Slipper Owen Walshe  Borrisoleigh CC will be slipping the dogs from the sprint box



So there will be plenty of craic to be had on Final night!
