At the end of the coursing season I paid a visit to Denis and Francis Fielding in Mooncoin.

They have enjoyed great success recently with their Moat line producing some super coursing stock
with notable domination in the Bitch classics in Clonmel.

In the last two years to have produced winners of two Oaks and a Grace Bruton , is by any stretch of the imagination nothing short of a dream come true.

one to look out for in all ages . Sadie was a good winner of her trial stake in Waterford.  She ran some great courses in Clonmel before bad luck struck and should be one to feature in your fantasy coursing list.

Its been a busy time throughout the summer as coursing folk get their weddings out of the way before the season starts again.

Ive been lucky enough to attend a few of these weddings between some of Coursings finest folk.

Starting in May when our esteemed judge John Oconnell married the love of his life Kate, near Tralee .  It was a lovely wedding for close family.

Then the end of June saw Grainne OConnor and Kieran Fitzgerald getting married in Scartaglen going onto Tralee for their reception.

Last but not least Elaine Guiney and Robert Green who tied the knot in the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare......May I wish you all a happy life full wonderful times ahead
