PADDY`S LOOK AHEAD

Week 8 Preview
Ardpatrick and Kilfinane
The All-Age Cup at Ardpatrick & Kilfinane has received a good entry. Blazing Music and Cuine Rock could make it to the semi-final from the top half and could have a rematch of their TA Morris third round. Lochbo Benny is a cup winner in the bottom half, while David is Happy, Killeagh Jingles and Knockrour Jazz are all trial stake winners in the bottom half. Cooga Darlan ran up two trial stakes as a puppy and has reached the final of a cup this year also.
Cooga Darlan

In the All-Age Bitch stake Abbeyglen Gra returns to the field of her trial stake success and can go well while Brickfield Sky, Charleville bitch stake winner looks likely to go well. Both could meet in the semi-final and Shadow Hunter could meet the winner in the final.
In the Derby Trial Stake Galtee Boy, Gra Magic and Blue Beruki have all ran up trial stakes this year and set a high standard.

Ballyduff
The Kit Browne North Kerry Cup has attracted a decent entry as usual and Amys Lotto is back to defend his title from last season. Tynwald Ash was a good quality puppy from last year and can improve on his Limerick performance. Shanavulin Magic has only had one run since his trial stake win where he was beaten by Sturdyandstaunch in Castleisland. Both reappear here and Sturdyandstaunch’s kennelmate Somelittlelord is the first trial stake winner to reappear in All-Age company and will be an interesting watch. Mystery Eoin and Wheresthefella have both ran up cups this season and can go well.

The star of the meeting once again will be Somelittlething. The Oaks winner made an excellent reappearance at Castleisland and can show how good she is again here. Sand Sea Model will look to build on her Abbeydorney performance and can reach the semi-final. City Beauty performed well at Castleisland before meeting Somelittlething in the semi-final, she may reach the final here but could face the same opponent again.
Needham Crystal reached the quarter final of a very good trial stake in Castleisland and can go well in the Derby trial stake. While in the Oaks, Somelittlelady can go well after her performance at Glin and Balllymac Alberta is another runner-up who will look to go one step further.

Cavan & Dungannon
In the All-Age Cup Figaro looks to have a solid chance. With only one outing this year he was beaten by Eastern Shore at FreshfordA trial stake winner at Dundalk last year he can go well here. Jacksons Lane is a third season dog with plenty of ability while Loyal Liam is another in the same category. Gifted Rebel is one with ability in the bottom half, but it may be between Janeys Eoin and Fee Fontaine to reach the final.
In the All-Age Bitch stake Time To Sleep and Rossmore both ran well here last season. Oh Lookit Here won the Oaks Trial stake at Old Kilcullen and Adios Belle is a good third season performer who will be hard to beat. Rocky Hill reached the final here last year while Yukon Glory is a third season performer who has won stakes in both her seasons.
Blueview Sanual ran up at Ballinagar and can go well in the Derby Trial stake. In the Oaks trial stake Foxhill Annie and Dale Asgard can both go well after recent good performances at Edenderry and Westmeath.

Clonmel & Kilsheelan
Wilton Magic is returning to the Tipperary Cup after victory here last year. Having already won at Mallow this year he will look to add more points to his tally this week. Wyken Power and Urbs Intacta winner Whiskey Galore can provide most competition in the top half. Needham Simple is drawn in the bottom half and looks like he can make his first win since his impressive trial stake win in Castleisland

The All-Age Bitch Stake sees Camirillo Blonde return to action for the first time since landing this stake last year. Waterford runner up Sunfire Magic meets Ballinakill Mary in a good first round buckle. Barrack Eile and Chubbys Vanilla meet in the first round in another good quality contest. Atlantic Diva sets the standard in the bottom half while Needham Marie and Eggemalong are top runners in a good quality event.

Wicked Monk is another member of the Castleisland trial stake and Annual Exchange was a beaten finalist in the trial stake at Edenderry. Both runners will be expected to go well here. Crafty Choo will be a huge player in the Oaks trial stake however Magical Saorla will also be a major player. Beaten by Crafty Merlano in the second round in Ballinagar after an eye-catching first round win, she can improve on that performance this week.
